Training Calendar

Here is my training calendar. I typically make it two weeks at a time. I will also switch activities depending on weather, time & companionship. For example: If Greg can meet me for a swim and that was a bike day, I will swim when I have the chance to train with someone and switch the bike to a different day. This just gives me a rough outline of what I would like to accomplish in a given week.
